Help

User manual: joining an event, pairing the radio, talking, the map, the dashboard and troubleshooting.
In the app: Settings → Help. If something does not work, Settings → Diagnostics → Share diagnostics and send us the file.

Domande, problemi o suggerimenti su app Comms, radio o dashboard: scrivi a simone@tokiostudio.it. Di solito rispondiamo entro un giorno lavorativo; durante un evento chiedi prima all’operatore dell’evento.

Manuale (in italiano): entrare in un evento, abbinare la radio, parlare, la mappa, la dashboard, cosa fare se qualcosa non va.
Nell’app: Settings → Help. Se qualcosa non va: Settings → Diagnostics → Share diagnostics e mandaci il file.
